On the 16th December 2011, New twist in the case of the "Voile Rouge", the famous beach club in Ramatuelle being demolished after several court decisions, based on the rules on the employment in the public domain.
The Administrative Court of Toulon is seized of two new appeals to discuss this Friday, filed by François-Henri Briard, a lawyer at the State Council. The latter represents the interests of Anthony Tomaselli, the half brother of Angelo Tomaselli, condemned to make the Voile Rouge in the public domain.
These novel appeals based on the fact that Antoine, unlike Ange, has never been endorsed by the administrative procedures when it is "co-heir" of the Voile Rouge and is the new operator from the beach since last June.
The young entrepreneur therefore requests the annulment of administrative decisions and the suspension of the execution of these judgments. Deliberations on the first request will be delivered on 21 December (the rapporteur public voted this morning to a rejection), and the second application must be considered on Friday afternoon.
