Sept 92 - Jul 95, Student, Westminster Catering College, London - I attended the college for three years and gained 706-1, NVQ's, B-TEC and  hygiene qualifications. While I  was there I had various work experience placements including  The Square, under the supervision of Philip Howard as well as other kitchens in London  and France.
